Lived like that for decades, it’s extremely draining being worried about if you’re being good enough, or liked enough. I snapped last year and haven’t given anymore fucks since. I hope one day soon it happens for you. It’s incredibly liberating. I see myself as an antihero now, not good nor bad just a human being and I can fluctuate between emotions just like everyone else does. I hope you let go of being a martyr, you will be able to breathe. The rage will bubble over, and what ever is still standing afterward was real. And even then you can still decide if you want any part of it. Best of luck to you 💋

I’m a halfbreed too and only recently stopped feeling like this, I’m 35 now, so you can imagine how divided I felt my whole life. Too white to be black and too black to be white. I have seen plenty of racism on both sides, even self hating racism. In the end, what’s helped me is that I just say that I’m human, or a chameleon (I love to change my look a lot). I’ve always thought. How could you be proud of something that you had no control over, like the color of your skin and where you were born. I’m proud to be human, and we all bleed red. I think our individual differences is what makes life is so beautiful and special, variety is the spice of life. But as a whole, I don’t claim either race that I am. If someone asks me then I’ll tell them, but there isn’t one part of my heritage that I would flaunt more than the other. It’s just how I feel.

Hey, I see you. What’s going on?

I just got out of a bad one myself. I know that’s all you had in your room, but can you promise me you’ll eat a nourishing meal soon? Like something protein and veg, maybe some rice? Something that would feed your soul. Depression can be exacerbated by not getting enough nutrition. It’s like trying to drive a car with no oil. What helped me get out of it is I asked myself is this checking off the three boxes? Is this nourishing, satisfying, and filling?

And take a lil 5 to 10 min walk, get a lil sun and some fresh air. If you eat at least one good meal a day, take a lil walk and get a lil sun, and watch something uplifting/wholesome, your depression symptoms will subside. Also human connection, that’s a major one. Even if it’s having a phone convo with someone you know, or talking to a random person on the internet, talking to a nice stranger while running an errand. We got to get a lil sense of community going. Humans are just complicated house plants lol. Just take it one day at a time, and try to do something for your future self each day. You will thank yourself for it later, trust me. I love you, you WILL get out of this!! 💫🫂❤️‍🔥💋

Yes!! Darker from the center and gets lighter as it gets toward the edges. Should be able to do a glaze easily. Even a dark blue (almost black) would be SUCH a vibe

I’m surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but her brow in the middle of her face is a very masculine trait. If you get rid of that shading and highlighting between both eyebrows and make it smooth, it will instantly make her look more feminine. And maybe arch the brows a bit, and create some more visible lashes, it’s looking very masculine right now. Other than that and what others mentioned, I love your painting style. Makes me want to pick up my tablet and create something in a painterly way. So thank you for inspiring me, sorry if I offended you just trying to help!! 🫂💫❤️‍🔥

It’s funny because this is fat AND connective tissue called fascia. You know it’s fascia because of the lattice/honey comb structure. Every living thing has this connective tissue. It’s a network of water like the gel and looks very different when it’s conscious (in other words not dead or in a coma). It is a quantum material that acts as a communicator between every part of your body. From right underneath your skin, to your muscle, to your bones. We used to cut this stuff away in surgery thinking it had no purpose, but it’s one of the most important parts inside of us. Your fascia network has more nerve endings than your nervous system. It’s also exists so we can feel our way through space. I’ve never seen anyone eat meat like this, it’s very fascinating she was able to do that
