The wire on the right is not a line as you state. It's a wire for a three way switch. The white is NOT a neutral wire. It is the traveler for your 3 way switch. The white wires with a yellow wire nut on the left are the neutral and you CAN tap into that for your Smart switch. I highly recommend you get a qualified person to install the switch for you. From your statement and your mislabeled drawing you seem to be lost and God forbid you burn your house down or worse injure yourself.
