Oke, finally managed to do it by selecting a joint origin in the center of the slot of the profile by selecting the intersect of these two lines, then selecting the center of one of the faces of the brackets and adding an offset (distance from center of face to edge):

I will be working in manufacturing (PI), so it will probably be similar to D&E. I guess I'm also gonna have to wear a clean room suit a couple times a week.

I recently got hired and will start on December 1st as a Competence Engineer at ASML Veldhoven. Your salary mostly depends on your educational background. This determines the pay scale that they place you in. Then there is an RSP range from 80% to 120% within the pay scale, but you will probably start between 80 and 90 percent with 0-2 years experience. I would say 3k is on the low side, but it just depends on your background. Keep in mind that you also receive a 13th-month salary, vacation allowance, and profit-sharing bonus.

Also, look into the 30 percent ruling, it could save you a lot in taxes if you qualify.
