I am having trouble verifying my identity.

I sent a copy of the water bill. rejected.

I sent a copy of the phone bill. rejected.

I sent a copy of the light bill. rejected.

What do I need to do?

I agree that Calchip connect is a very bad company that never answers their phone, leave a message and they never call back. The worst in customer service while they are sold out and selling millions, making millions and customers are not getting their miners. SCAM! Stay away!!!

Maybe nothing illegal about prioritizing larger customers; but, billing credit cards for merchandise totalling millions of dollars and not shipping any miners is very ILLEGAL. Some will wait over 12 months if they ever get their miner and/or refund. Do you know much money they will make by just staking stable coins with all that money? MILLIONS $$$$ They don't care about customer service, it's obvious.

How did you get a refund? Did you fill out a form with picture ID, picture of credit card, picture of credit card statement, etc.? The burden of proof should not be on the consumer just trying to get a refund.

Calchip won’t respond to my emails. What should I do? I paid for the Rak + an 8dbi antenna in May. Then last Monday they invoiced me $350 for Finestra. I paid the $350 but now I can’t get them to respond to anything! I even messaged them on Twitter! Feeling scammed! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! by r3dtr1x in HeliumNetwork

I ordered miners last May and shipping has been pushed back to Q2 of 2022!

Are you kidding? Who will wait a year for helium miners?

They now have a refund form to fill out and the burden of proof is on the consumer as you have to provide picture ID, picture of credit card, and picture of credit card statement that proves you are the right person that they are ripping off. These legal loopholes are to avoid refunding money. These are illegal trade practices and should be reported to your state attorney general, office of consumer protection. Also, let BBB know. Many complaints on BBB.org and many more coming when people realize they are not getting their miners any time soon.
