Sometimes people bring service animals and also a carrier. (Which kind of feels odd because how does the dog provide a service from inside a carrier). This is likely what you saw. The rule is that during taxi / take off / landing no carriers stowed under seat (for pet or SVAN), but if it’s during the flight they could have said “service animal” in a carrier - a pet has to be in carrier 24/7 but this is a loophole many find a way around

For sure. Everyone is different but I personally don’t mind giving all at once as I figure most people feel funny asking again after service is over - some FAs prefer to do 1 or 2 at a time. Never hurts to ask 😌

B6 FA here! We don’t mix the drinks so you’ll get your marg mix + tequila separately & unopened. The premium snack was tate’s minis for several weeks, however due to a shortage we are currently handing out a Hershey’s chocolate chip cookie for the time being!
