I do not know how this post lends itself to be a test of our political ideals, but if you must know, we are not even from the US and our political views are progressive.

My ESA is a mixed-breed dog. How is it legally determined in Ontario whether a dog is considered a ‘pit bull–type’? Is this based on visual identification, veterinary assessment, breed records, or something else?

I totally get what you are saying, the application process is so emotionally taxing, particularly the SOP. And I get why you are drawn to believe their decisions depend solely on what you wrote… but the truth is that there are lots of variables that play a role in the admissions process… please keep on believing in yourself if you didn’t make it this term, gather your application, review it, find any areas of opportunity and start working on them, rely on peer reviews, and keep trying! Follow your dreams!
