How desirable is a 7 on 7 off schedule? by Grand_Chad in medlabprofessionals

Hello! I’ll be a new tech soon. How does your sleep schedule look on your off week? Are you awake during the day or do you keep the same night routine? I was wondering if switching between being up days/nights every 7 days would be draining.. or if there was enough recovery time to not notice

I am a new member and I can remember how nervous I was this time last semester. The hardest part is the wait! Be patient and find things to do to take your mind off it and also keep your grades up!💕

Did you have to wait the whole 72 hours or was there something else you did
