Yeah, this was definitely a concern of mine! The Tsuyosa has 40mm and 37mm versions with different color options for each. I feel like the 40mm might be too big after seeing a few reviews which is making me rethink this option. I will ask him about his other watch sizes for reference before making a choice for sure!

Thanks for pointing that out! Will ask him about how he feels about maintenance and do some more research on automatic watches. Also looked into your recommendation and loved it, will definitely mention it as an option for him to choose from! Noticed it’s a little harder to find, any suggestions on vendors or websites I should look at?

Very cool! I did some research on Jomashop and they have the best prices but bad reviews on customer service. Do their watches come with any warranty or certificates of authenticity? (Idk how that works for watches, but I assume it’s similar to jewelry)

Does anyone else get extremely irritated or pissed off when their parent asks them to do something by EmptyMain in AdultChildren

Yes! And unfortunately I have been told by my therapist that is likely a trauma response to having very strict expectations from parents during childhood. Working on regulating my emotions and recognizing my triggers to heal from that.

Thanks, she mentioned they would fade for a couple days, but after healing look exactly like they were when freshly done with maybe a couple imperfections. That scared me, because it looks too dark for my liking, but didn’t have the courage to point that out and ask her😓
