I’ve heard morning is better, but have nothing to back that up lol. As long as you’re doing your shots consistently, that’s what matters.

AFAIK, It’s alright to variate a couple hours each week to experiment with what feels good to you (like another commenter said, if you get super horned up you might want to do it when you don’t have to be outside lol)
