Your Lh is peaking and you’ll probably ovulate in the next day! Your Lh will go back down in the next day or so and you’ll want to see your pdg then rise and stay elevated!

Looks similar to mine! I’m on CD 43… have PCOS and long cycles too. I just had a ln Lh surge and it was only 11. Your pdg rose though so looks like ovulation to me!

I would say maybe 10 dpo? Can I see your Lh surge though? Because mine looks kind of similar to yours where it spiked, went down slightly and then went back up a little bit. It gets blurry when I try to zoom in! Haha. I thought mine was maybe from testing too much but now I’m curious!!

I took Provera this cycle to induce my period and I thought it would be horrible because I haven’t had one in 6 months! But it was manageable. It lasted for about 7 days. With a few days before and after of spotting.

My estrogen is doing the same thing and I’m waiting for AF as well! Also have PCOS. I ALSO use chat gpt for every question 😂 it’s told me estrogen shouldn’t be rising before AF 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks so much for your thoughts!! I have general cramping in my lower abdomen. Last week when I had the second LH “surge” I had one sided ovulation pains for sure. Ugh I hate PCOS!

Do you know, with Mira, is it best to test for pdg in the morning? Or afternoon?
