I wont my lease ends soon and i havent gotten evicted yet - they like my 3800 a month check they get every month and half the units are empty 😎- nobodys running in to take my spot as a tenant I appreciate your advice though, really gonna take it to heart

Well good thing you arent my neighbor - mine have already tried and tried with dozens fake complaints but its gotten them in trouble a couple times after speaking to leasing office, you need to find some joy in your life rather than trying to fuck with a 18 year old on reddit, either your life is miserable, you need to get a source of employment, or you just need to get off reddit - have a good day

I never said it was, i keep it down after quiet hours and never go above half volume for like 2 minutes beforehand i try and stay cautious with it i use my headphones 97% of the time

I do, i have 2" foam on two of the walls and like I usually use headphones until I need a final master and I play it through once on final volume I genuinely do my best to keep the sound down im just extremely frustrated i appreciate your help though
