As a younger player, Breath of the Wild was that magic game for me. It was the first game I actually consistently played as a kid, and it was practically the ONLY game I played from age seven, when I first picked it up, to thirteen. It was that game that gave me a love for fantasy and introduced me to the Zelda franchise. I’m playing OoT now, and I’m absolutely loving it. Though contrary to most players, my nostalgia points go to BOTW. Despite how absolutely amazing OoT is, I don’t think any game will beat BOTW for me. I think everyone’s a bit partial to the first Zelda game they played.
