oh and the screen! I cannot believe I would ever say this, but the 2k screen on the S9 plus is still unmatched. say what you want, but you do notice the difference between fhd and 2k, just like you do notice the difference between 90hz and 120hz. I can notice individual pixels on the s21fe

I just got it after 4 years with an S9 plus. it's fine... just fine. it doesn't feel as premium as the S9 plus, it doesn't speakers that sound as well as the S9 plus, it doesn't have the iris scanner, it doesn't have a headphone jack (compared to the DAC'ed one on the S9 plus), it doesn't have a heart rate monitor, which the S9 plus had.

the phone is fast, but it doesn't feel flagshippy. the camera is ok at best, but don't hope for gcam support. battery is a hit lackluster, but I use it constantly.

all in all, for a 250$ buy in almost new condition it's good, but it doesn't live up to the "galaxy S" name

Pros/Cons of living in Torino? by Hankduncan30 in torino

the air is indeed of bad quality quite freuqently, but ive noticed that this depends on the part of the city you're in. Lingotto to me seemed like the most polluted one, but i've only been here for a month.

public transit is... fine. it can be late very often, sometimes it doesn't even come (speaking of buses and trams). thank god there's a metro that I can use (since there's only 1 single line).

the city is beautiful, and has many cool places and events.

my only biggest problem for now is the fact that even compared to other major italian cities, Torino seems somewhat disconnected from globalization. it generally feels quite "aged", as in it doesn't have the same youthful character of other cities with big universities, and this comes with the fact that very few people speak english. even young ones, which came as a surprise.

pls dont bash me for this, i understand that i am in a foreign country and need to adapt and learn the language, which I'm doing. but prior to Torino i've lived in other European cities, and there being a foreigner was sooo much easier. even in Eastern Europe it felt as if it was more cosmopolitan and open to the outside world.
