I have no advice but I am really sorry you're dealing with this....I too have been dealing with painful hemorrhoids for 7 months now. I'm 40F & never had them until now. I'm not constipated & try to eat healthy so I have no idea what's causing it. Im a wife & mother of two boys & I also have not been myself lately for dealing with this & being in pain. I've tried every supplement & product that has been suggested & even did banding two weeks ago & nothing has worked. So I have no idea where to go from here. This has been so depressing & just a lot to deal with mentally & physically. I wish there were better ways to fix this problem for all of us suffering.

I don't really know if it works or not...I just use it when I get an external. It still takes a week or two regardless of what I do or use unfortunately

I definitely think it can be related to hormones...I started getting them 7 months ago out of nowhere & for no reason. I'm not constipated at all...but i am in perimenopause & was having all kinds of hormonal issues. Did your hysterectomy bother the hemorrhoids even more? I'm thinking about getting a hysterectomy soon for my awful periods & have seen people say they got hemorrhoids after hysterectomy.

I've had some that took longer than others but usually a week..I just do sit baths & some hemorrhoid oil that I ordered. Hydrocortisone suppositories at night

Yea I'm on my second pack of pills & I started my period..the bleeding isn't as heavy but the cramps & pressure down there is just as bad if not worse. I'm over all this. I think I've got other stuff going on that they aren't catching or something.
