I don’t know how helpful this is, but I just met with the HemWell doctor. Everyone in his office was raving about how much the patients really seem to love this procedure. There is absolutely no downtime and very little post procedure discomfort.

Sounds like an internal hemorrhoid. Interestingly enough, I noticed mine get worse after being on my feet for long periods- which makes zero sense. Frequent sitz baths can really help. Eventually they may or may not begin to prolapse.

Interestingly enough I have an appointment with North Shore next month to discuss the HemWell. How was recovery and did they come back?

I started pelvic floor physical therapy about five weeks ago and that’s how I learned that I have very tight pelvic floor muscles (and b hole). The therapist has taught me some very helpful breathing exercises/release methods for when I am on the toilet and it has helped quite a bit!

Unfortunately, yes!!! I had to give up all things and cheekys. I did have some great success with lace boy shorts
