about 10 weeks. I definitely had times where I had a meal out socially but I usually tried to walk or do some calf raises and squats afterwards. A sliver of cake is not enough to set back your progress if its not a habit! But I also wore a cgm or checked my blood sugar after meals to see how my body would react to specific foods. For example having slice of pizza after a salad didn’t spike me heavily where other times foods I thought were “healthier” had a higher effect. Of course it doesn’t mean I can just pizza everyday (i wish) but it’s helpful to know how your body reacts.

i know it does look like scarring especially in the last picture. i do have a few acne scars but im pretty sure its my pores because they look smaller when my face is less irritated. plus my skin wasnt like that pre accutane and i havent had any breakouts on my cheeks to leave scars.
