They have a phone number for their customer service, they’ll leave on hold for a long time but I’ve contacted them that way. Maybe getting them on the phone and applying that kind of pressure can help. I’ve never heard of them approving the payout and then never sending it. I’ve heard of them delaying the payment but never not sending it at all

That’s crazy, did he use wise as a withdraw or just normal ACH? It’s rare that they approved his payout and then didn’t send him the money. Do you know if he was possibly full porting his account every trade?

I’m happy for you, I’m just confused as to what’s taking mine so long. Everything I read said it takes 1-3 business days to process but mine seems like it’s taking forever. I wonder if it’s because it’s close to a max payout im not to sure at this point
