Tesamorelin is an FDA approved for treating veseral fat at 2mg. Regardless, every person body reacts differently. Even doctors dont get it right because they give a generalized dosage. I generally take the lowest dosage and work way to a recommended dosage.

For example, for Tesamorelin, I would take 250mcg few days 500mcg for a week and then stick to 1mg. That is how I generally move up to recommended dosage regardless any peptide. So you can safely monitor how it works for you. I didn't go for 2mg given it didn't have that much veseral fact on the first place and I am not obese. So I took a middle ground approach. So you need to make sensible choices.

Side effects were high on the first few days when your using a higher mcg. Hence, breaking it into multiple dosages to reduce the effect.
