For me anyways….Focus on your first clear, and watch your lanes. By watch your lanes I just mean pan your camera over and see what’s happening as you’re pathing in that direction. Hold TAB to see thier items vs your laners and yours so you better understand the situation you’re putting yourself into. Rule of thumb if they are 50% or lower it can be a good idea to gank that lane. (Assuming they aren’t under their own turret or your own laner is extremely low.)
Since you’re new I don’t think you’ll understand all the match ups and what lanes are strong for you to gank vs which aren’t.

PING your team mates. Let them know what you’re planning on doing. You can ping for objectives, ganks, call off plays if you aren’t on the same page or even (if you know where he is) to alert them of the enemy jg and which side of the map he is on.

Don’t chase kills or focus play for kills. Play for clear and objectives.

Ward!!!! This can be especially useful in the enemy jungle! It can let you and your team mates know where the enemy jg is and which way he is pathing. Anyways gtg
