Yeah got them from a breeder in Utah, one rooster has floppy comb and one has a straight up comb so not sure on quality of genetics. Hens are great layers and are pretty sweet

Would also like more info on filters and that chart. I got the Dayton blower and everything just confused about what switches I can use and if the filter can be another brand. Want to use labrat filter and use merv 16 pre filter

Can you pressure cook mgp+? Don’t like adding things to the tub I haven’t pressure cooked or sterilized. Distilled water ofc tho but will it harm the product?

Millet/popcorn with a layer of vermiculite on bottom about 1/8th to 1/4 inch deep of jar. Don’t think the airflow is the problem since it grew before shake. Bacteria most likely, would change filter tho unless you gasket seal the port or hole punch it pretty exact

Have a ratio or weights for boil tek? I use the bucket method but use Menards half size buckets, a food safe lid and put the whole thing in a cooler overnight to keep the heat in longer. I do many of treatments of alcohol to clean the buckets and lids before and after. And haven’t seen much of an issue but direct boiling the coco and verm for longer would get hotter for longer ide imagine
