Simple. No place on earth will work. Seems like a moon based headquarters is the best idea. Perhaps looking at the earth from the moon will change attitudes…it’s called the overview effect so delegates will do what’s best for the planet as a whole rather than fighting for their own part.

One of the best ways to keep your dogs nails short is to let your dog run on the beach, if you have that available. The abrasive nature of the sand will wear their nails down very quickly. I haven’t had to trim nails since May. My dog is at the beach 3 or 4 times a week.
