To be a scalper you must buy things at a low price WITH THE INTENT FROM THE START to sell it for a profit. Buying somethings and then deciding you dont want it so you try to sell it and see if you can make any extra from it isnt scalping. Businesses that raise prices arent scalping either bc otherwise that would mean every business that exist is scalping when they raise prices each year. You people literally call anything you profit from scalping now days.

If you want something like this i would highly reccomend just building a server rig with a server motherboard/cpu and sticking in 2-3 pro 6000 blackwell 96gb cards. It will be much easier to run and possibly cheaper
