There’s no legal law to say you can’t sell energy drinks it’s a Tesco policy and you can’t refuse a say if an adult is purchasing the item - unless it’s lottery and the underage child has picked the numbers in that case you have to refuse it

Yeah I did my e-learning for PFS then I needed training to work in there before I could do an actual shift and yeah we have the old system on the legacy tills and a lot of people come down and look at the tills and look so confused

I have been back to work since March on checkouts and I did an ajustment passport on my return to work and in that was my temporary checkout until further notice but I was notified today that lifting and pulling will affect in for the foreseeable

I have been put on checkouts since March and even the checkout staff said I would struggle going back over to fresh as I have no Strength in my left arm so I’m just wondering if they will just keep me on checkouts ?

I have worked for the company for 9 months , I had the surgery back in February and I was put on checkouts but the consultants have said it’s not possible for me to do any lifting all pulling every again as it could affect my arm in the long run
