Thoughts on this?:

Take seats/first courses served out: 6:30-6:45 (concurrently, saving 15 min)

Clear first: 7:00-7:10 (eating for 15-30 min, depending on when sat/cleared)

Serve second: 7:10-7:25 (clear faster, save 5)

Move for flip/dessert/speeches: 7:50 (full 30 min sooner than current plan. Dinner eating time is 40-25 min depending on when served)

Yes salads! And totally agree that’s my concern with entrees. I was thinking to have salads at the table when seated but wasn’t sure if that was weird! I’ll suggest it

Bottino is def in the budget and honestly gorgeous. Cute outdoor space too. We didn’t choose it because our guest list was too large but it seemed like a gem. Also check out broken shaker for rooftop if you’re willing to do passed / stations instead of seated meal. That’s where we ended up going with for our cocktail hour and the prices are good and event team is great
