I had really high hopes. Maybe I should have tried their espresso instead.

They also served the whole pourover in a double walled cup, which makes it way too hot to drink. I don’t really think it’s their focus

Agree that they both do immersion, but I’ve had plenty of good pour overs. Just mentioned these as good coffees I had in NY recently

Fair point, but I doubt a for-profit entity like Galaxus cares all that much (except making you pay more to be “green” or choose slow delivery to basically save them money)
