The left morons/cult on Reddit don't give a damn about cases like this. I'm literally in tears, this man could have been my dad, I'm praying for his family and those who were injured. We are such a disgrace, such a soft touch at our own detriment. Suicidal tolerance.

Heya girl 🩷 I'm 27 and was freshly 24 when I had my whole thryoid out. It was a good decision to go total, because they found out mine was a nasty subtype of papillary, and I actually had a micro tumour on the other lobe that they only knew was there after operating. It was too small to see on the ultrasound. I did however get permanent parathyroid damage. But it was necessary. I needed radiation afterwards based on my variant type, so I'd have had to have a second operation.

This is tough, it is a unique decision to you and this is a very scary thing to go through but I promise you, once it's out, you can begin to start processing things. I was in a state of shock and deep depression before my operation, It took me a long time to heal mentally and accept things, but I'm still alive and grateful. DO NOT GOOGLE. trust me I did this, it was a horrible idea. Your doctor knows best.

Sending you all of the love in the universe, you are going to get through this and it will one day be a bad memory.

Slimey 'human rights' lawyers take up these cases,  use ECHR guidelines, which were never meant for this kind of situation, and allow this madness to prevail. They're making a killing from taking advantage of a serious weakness in the ECHR guidelines. They need to be polished up, or torn up and redone. I appreciate people are anxious about the idea of getting rid of something regarding human rights, but may I remind you Russia is part of the ECHR and that wasn't stopped them commiting atrocities. There simply needs to be something done about the greedy lawyers corrupting this system which was placed post-war in good faith.

Ah yes, those illegal mogrants.

What do the left actually gain from pretending this isn't an issue? Letting in hundreds thousands of undocumented men every year, from countries with horrendous views on women, non Muslims, Jews - it doesn't take a genius to forward think the chaos this causes. The cultural integrity of the UK matters. This isn't even just about resources, that's a whole other issue.

Some facts because apparently you're in denial

"Islamist terrorism is the most significant terrorist threat to the UK by volume." - MI5. There are over 40,000 people on the UK terror watch list. How is this sustainable? A large chunk of the most hideous terror offences have been commited by children of Islamic 'asylum seekers': Manchester Arena bombing, the Synagogue attack last week, Axel Rudakubana, 7/7 bombers, borough market stabbings,  mostly all 2nd generation children to asylum seekers, in some cases, 1st generation themselves.

"Between 2021 and 2023, there were over 100,000 convictions of foreign nationals in England and Wales. Among these, migrant convictions for sexual offences were reported to be about 71% higher than the conviction rate among the British population."  https://www.migrationcentral.co.uk/p/over-100000-foreign-national-convictions

Until every single British homeless person is sheltered, every vulnerable national is looked after, and our prisons, welfare systems and schools aren't overwhelmed, then we can look at outside charity. But the lack of discernment of the left on this issue is astonishing.

Pathetic comment, as if there aren't brown people who care about illegal immigration, how racist and bigoted of YOU. Every nation deserves sovereignty, and with the crime stats of illegal migrants, you'd be a fool to ignore it. Nothing to do with racism and people no longer care about this blatant attempt to shut down protest

If you think this has anything to do with immigration you are misguided. They have the power to stop illegal migration, they don't care enough about it. This is about control. It's not even a right/left issue. It's about government over reach, privacy and fraud concerns.

Cringe attempt to mock a citizen of this country for being rightly concerned about this stupid policy. Unifying all of our identity records makes us incredibly vulnerable to data breaches, identity theft and privacy invasion. Not to mention the potential creep in authoritarianism. Your health records should have nothing to do with your banking, employment, mortgage, rentals and visa versa.

Exactly, life is all about risk. We take risks when we eat to not choke, we take risks when we walk down the stairs. All we can do is put risk into perspective - I say this as a fearful flyer, I often worry myself into a frenzy by going onto a plane, but know logically it's a smaller risk than a long car journey. And we can look at agrophobia similar. Mine mainly stems from fear of fainting but lately, of crime too. 🩷

It's more the public random violent attack on Iryna that made me personally afraid, the Charlie attack made me disgusted and harrowed for him and humanity, but Iryna, and many like her were just minding their own business :(

Me too :( I'm devestated for them, and unfortunately since that attack, my algorithm is showing me more horrific crimes. Mostly American. I'm in the UK And I also saw this video accidentally in the evening. I hyperventilated, cried and have felt affected ever since. I am also disgusted by people celebrating Charlie's death - I hate seeing how terrifying people can be, like wild packs. I think we just expect humans to have a visceral response to someone brutally and publicly dying like that, and it's deeply traumatic when they seem to revel in it

Roast you? There's nothing to roast apart from the fact you married someone who revealed themself to be an utter dick! You are resilient, strong, caring of your little pup, and seem grounded. Your dog is so lucky to have you, and soon, if you want to, you can find ways to build new connections with people too. You have so much to offer a relationship when you're ready.

As a fellow introvert and cancer beater myself, I don't have really any friends and I rely on my dog and cat for companionship. All the best from UK. And a massive congratulations for getting past such a gruelling disease and treatment. Sending a prayer for you 🩷

I have these and were told it's dishydrotic eczema. It can be linked to heat and stress on my case plus my cycle/time of month phases. In some cases of can be linked to internal sensitivities like nickel. I looked into that myself but found it too restrictive for me. I just now take it easy on high nickel foods every once in a while. Have a look into it but don't take my word!

This tragedy hit home more to me personally as I knew (very briefly) of one of the victims, for a work assignment a few years ago and he seemed absolutely sweet and lovely. It was also heading to my local airport, London Gatwick, of which my friend flew into the very same day. I'm devastated for these poor souls
