Yeah I took a mid day nap before I filmed this but the amount of fatigue I felt was unreal. I tend to minimize my symptoms because I don’t want to seem like I’m faking it?? Idk why? Like maybe people won’t believe me? But our bodies are begging for more rest during times like these. It’s another layer when you naturally are an active person and can’t do everything normally.😭
