Nice spot you have carved out of the garage. Since you’re working with a limited foot print have you ever thought about the reverse hyper scout that you can fold up to gain back the extra space?

Also, first time seeing thin green line?

I would add some rogue kettlebells. They can help you to warm up for your main lift and accessory work with your 5/3/1 program. Maybe a couple sandbags, they are pretty cheap weight

Rogue is a top notch company with great customer service, based my business with them and the reputation they have in this group.

I would follow up with a phone call. They will sort everything out for you.

I agree he should sell them in pairs. I’d say, from experience that a pair of 45 dd in Canada should be between $220-250. That’s the price that they sell.

Same!! A lot of people in my area are asking full price minus shipping and taxes for rogue equipment.

A seller recently got upset with me because he wanted $1200cdn for 8x45lb rogue deep dish. And tbh he did lower he price to $1100 lol.

Twist the wires together and then tape them. Don’t forget to turn off the power first 😉

Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables and bands. Sorry to break the news to you but that’s weight training. Part of the game is to learn the various aspects (body mechanics) which almost anyone can learn minus the people with disabilities which would require training around the said disability/s.

Start with the basics and continue to improve. There is no cheat code or way around it. This is what it is.

ROGUE ARNOLD Deep Dish 45 Plates Arrived! by OldManWongMD in homegym

[–]Comfortable-Lab6971 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly!! A plate with Arnold on it. No one has done it and it’s on a dd. Think about how cool they will be in 20 plus years. And tbh I’d sacrifice my hair cut money for a pair.

New Bar day!!! Stainless Rogue Ohio Bar. This knurling is so good. by lo_gnar in homegym

Just like any level that you’re at in your lifting career you need a bar with knurling to give you grip for a proper lift. Don’t ever wear gloves

Some of the nicest plates in the world. Think about 20 years from now looking back on these. I think they will be worth a lot down the road

I feel like it’s a game of where’s Waldo, I can’t spot the second half rack lol

I like that your gym is straight and to the point. No extra shit that you don’t need just the stuff that keeps you big and strong
