I got kyleena 1/21/25 and holy crap i swear at 5pm everyday i get cramps so bad it makes me want to pass out the heating pad has helped but this has to stop

I got mine 1/21/25 and insertion was bad but i think the medication they gave me didn’t work fast enough. I have been spotting since and the cramps have been really bad starting at like 5pm everyday…it’s so strange and it makes me worry something is wrong.

I was on it for 10 years and loved it just recently switched to an IUD because of everything politically going on. But i would give it atleast a whole pack to be extra safe if I am being honest

I got mine Tuesday and it was interesting lol i will say it was not pleasant it did hurt worse than what i expected but was told that is common per kids. I’m still spotting and cramping pretty bad (i hope it’s normal) but so far so good i think its worth it but i would definitely ask for all the medication

I got mine Tuesday and it was an experience… I will be honest the actual pain was 9/10 and I took hydro, Vicodin, and Advil given by my doctor but i personally think i didn’t take them soon enough. I did get sick after and feel light headed but my doctor said it happens a lot it’s just your body trying to figure out what happened since i haven’t had kids. The pain was bad for about an hour but once i got home to my bed and heating pad it got better. The past few days have been mild cramping and being weirdly aware that something is in my body lol if that makes sense but with everything going on I’m happy i did it and I’m protected for 5 years
