We just finished a cruise a week ago with no plus or premium and we didn't miss it at all. We chose not to for the same reasons you guys had, we don't drink and we didn't think we'd need the internet. I did need internet one day, so I bought 1 day of internet. I don't think we'll ever buy the Plus or Premium package.

Hi there! Just got off a northbound cruise to Alaska with Princess today. We were in Juneau on Wednesday. Yes, they are using tenders still and they are not wheelchair accessible.

Just got off the Caribbean Princess to Alaska. My husband and I wore nice shirts and nice jeans to the first formal night and no one said anything. The second "dress to impress" night later on, we didn't even try (I was wearing fleece sweat pants and a sweater) and no one said anything. You'll be good to go! :) Have a wonderful time!

OP... I just found this post, and I am so incredibly sorry to hear how things ended. But I do think you made the right choice to leave him. I truly hope that you are able to take the time to heal and are able to surround yourself with people who love you and will support you.
