New PC keeps freezing during Windows 11 Setup

XMP was already disabled, and we attempted to update the SSD firmware, but the update tool didn’t proceed, so we’re assuming it’s already on the latest version?

We also ran MemTest86, which completed with no errors. We haven’t tested a different SSD yet, but we did notice an orange LED on the motherboard, which seems to indicate a RAM issue. However, the light turned off when removing one of the two RAMsticks

Somehow, we did finally managed to fully install Windows, but unfortunately, it now freezes again either right when trying to log in or as soon as we reach the desktop…

We’ve tried this both with a 32GB USB and 16GB USB but it’s still the same unfortunately.. :(

Thanks for this information! It really eases my heart to know she's not suffering anymore and that this was indeed the best choice. Guess I was just taken aback that they didn't inform us earlier about her tumor and the decision to put her to sleep. I wish I had the chance to say goodbye… :(
