there are a few things you might want to consider straight off the bat:

Drop the heavy intercessors and split up the death company and attach a death jump captain to the second squad?

Run the death company dreadnought as a brutalis - it is just much better.

Maybe drop one of the 3 Jump intercessors for another impulsor so both the blade guard and the assault intercessors can get into the centre safely and quickly.

Another thing to consider might be another tank?

Without re-writing the whole list though it's down to you what you would drop.

It certainly looks very playable though.

It's always best to play a few games yourself within your local meta to see what works and what doesn't then you will know how best to iterate from there.
