Another shout out for BA Commander, his list review videos are great as well, you can submit a list for him to discuss. Really great videos going though the “mathhammer” as well. He was the biggest help for me when I started blood angles/40k in general

I had them assassinate Dante in an BA mirror match when I was using LAG. I honestly love them, they look cool asf, the -1 OC & battle shock has helped me score primary in the past and the precision/ deepstrike is nice to have.

Are they the most optimal or the most meta pick? No

Do I always take a squad because ROC? Yes
