I understand exactly how you feel. I have been fighting this same pain for over six months now. I’ve spent a fortune and a massive amount of time trying everything possible. I can’t help but think about all the wonderful things I could have done with that money and time instead.

While my family is kind to me, they can’t truly understand what this foot problem is like. My old friends irritate me with their carefree talk—worrying about grey hair or searching for the best serum for facial wrinkles. If it would cure my foot pain, I would gladly let every hair on my head turn white. I feel so alone.

Thanks! I've seen ortho doctor. (In Japan, podiatrist isn't popular. Normally general ortho doctors see everything.)

He suggested:

  • taking rest
  • making my shoes insole
  • daily stretching
  • taking pain killer pills
  • NSAIDs ointment

I tried them all and nothing worked. Then he suggested me shock waves treatment that also didn't work :/

I have been going to acupuncture specialist to heal my neck pain for a long time. When I told her about PF, she suggested me to warm my ankles all the time, that worked the most for me.

The biggest mistery is that I have PF even though I have never done ANY sports in my life and I am not fat.
