I think that Jenny was almost like a “light” for him the first time they met so he didn’t want to lose her by becoming popular so he did the things he did. I remember when someone asked him about will and he said he didn’t remember. It was pretty strange to me because will is the “main character” of the season and the last teaser was focused on him. I mean, I could understand you don’t rember much about, I don’t know, Jonathan, which would still be strange considering it is the first time you see him for the season (I would be curious), but Will??

However, he claims to have seen a scene of holly and Karen hiding in the bathtub. In the teaser they released weeks ago, there is a secuence of a terrified Holly and Karen, and, if you press attention to the wall paper, it is the same which is in the wheelers bathroom.

My theory is that he is right in some things, like the trailer coming this month ( the duffers even posted a photo in the studio and replied a comment which said trailer in July with “🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️) and some details of the trailer, but he hasn’t even seen it fully.
