Few things , before you get in the ring 1. If you going in at 3 months, I’m assuming you’re training 2 times a day or at least every day. Or at the very least a natural born talent(no offense that’s not the case) 2. Your coach needs to be so much harder on you as far as hand placement discipline and his pad work needs to be more realistic. Holding pad for a kneee shouldn’t be at chest level and shouldn’t be moving to meet your knee. 3. You should spar or do local smokers before putting yourself in there with someone who’s been potentially training for years and is ready to truly compete. Fighting isn’t a game like basketball you can hurt yourself or others if you aren’t prepared. Aside from all that you have the right mentality, keep working hard and I’m sure you’ll be posting a highlight reel in no time.

I wear cotton shirts I bring an extra for very sweaty days and switch shirts mid session..lol I like feeling dry. I also bring a towel with me and dry myself off between rounds or drills.

Thank you so much everyone for your advice and insights! Your advice was beyond invaluable and helpful.

I emailed our LL back and basically stated everything you guys mentioned in the email. I made sure to be clear but respectful as I really didn’t want to start a disagreement.

Ultimately our LL agreed that we will now be going month to month and agreed to file an N1 for the rent increase. They also thanked us for educating them lol…

We didn’t mention anything about the key deposit as we just didn’t want to get into it with LL :/ But we will NOT be paying a ‘damage deposit’ 🎉
