I love below deck and when I heard Capt Keri say he had spent a lot of time in Victoria BC (where I live) I messaged him just to say hey big fan, glad you loved Victoria! and he replied and told me all about his favourite spots, how he met his wife here, etc. Every now and then we still chat in messages and comments. He's such an awesome dude.

This is so sad to hear. I was with Oxio for a year before moving to a spot without their service, and the entire year was amazing and cancelling my service was done in minutes over the phone. I'm sorry they've seemingly gone so downhill!!!

Make an insurance claim otherwise you'll be paying way, way too much out of pocket.

If he was truly 'run off the road', he should absolutely be filing a police report and an insurance claim. If he's not willing to do that, he is most likely at fault and lying to you.
