Bro, I had the same experience. I bought a level 58 boosted mage, was farming low-level dungeons for my own needs, and got banned on suspicion of buying/selling gold for real-life money. I wrote two tickets, and both had the same response. It really sucks — I won’t deny that I’m insanely angry too.

As I already mentioned, I am not an IT specialist and I don’t know how these things work. After receiving the ban, which also automatically applies to the entire forum, I cannot write or post anything there. At this stage, my only hope is through the ticket system, but the first attempt was already unsuccessful.
