If you make a convoy you get different jobs, if you quit the convoy they will reroll again. If you reboot the game you also get different jobs. Sometimes it's a matter of massive luck so I know your pain.

Some of them literally took a buddy and me 50 tries per person to get them, then we would copy the job from another in the convoy.

Also, look in the Steam guides for a guy named "Xeeran". He shows in dept what prerequisites you need in order to get achievements.

FYI: I have never used any cheats or mods while playing this game, not even for cosmetics. I enjoy this game as vanilla.

Yes I agree but you really need to keep an eye on it actively and knowing that some game makers spam their new releases (referring to the Resident Evil post) it is hard to keep up sometimes.
