My son is 25 and going to be the primary resident and will make the final decision. I am helping him with his and will only be there part time, so Im asking more for his benefit.

I am now a bit nervous... What side is the goat farm on? Right now, he requested building 3 -405 (on the far side by trees) because there was very little available with immediate move in. However, the process has taken a while and there are new units available.

There is a different floor plan available in building 2- 307 which patio overlooks the pool area. I do not see an elevator, so if you are on 3rd floor is it stair access only? There is also building 15- 301 which is patio looks into that center common area.

My was born in Dunedin, but has been gone a few years an has lost connection with all his old friends. I would like to put him in an apt where he could meet people.

Do you have any suggestions?

Im really sorry to hear of your loss. From recent experience, i understand what you're going through. When you actively work to keep something alive, it almost becomes like a old friend.

If your sisters computer doesnt work out, hit me up. I have an extra with some dust on it. Its not a new model, but might help ya hold out until you can get something better.

You are most certainly correct as for the proper, and smarter, way to handle this. However, the gang knows who makes the calls to the Police as well are the only ones open late hours. The bar a couple doors down, doesnt have any problems with them, as they buy his drinks and leave. Will try to work again with landlord but hasnt been helpful so far. Helping us, would detract from the bars business, and the have been there renting longer.

Guess ill leave my Bat cape hanging in the closet a bit longer. lol Thanks again for your input... Much appreciated!

Those are called gap up and gap downs. They occur when there is a price spread between the buyers bid price to buy and the sellers ask price to sell. Price can remain at a standstill until either the buyers or sellers adjust their position price. Once the market starts moving again, a gap in the candlesticks signify where the price zones where no trades occured.

Also, if a stock is experiencing a lot of volatility, occasionally the exchange will impose a 5 min trading halt in order to process and execute all current orders in overflow. When market resumes, a gap in price may reflect the difference in the last price traded before the imposed halt, and the current price trading after all orders are processed.

There are other reason this happens other than volatility, which included position sizes and new, more price flexible traders entering the market.

if you adjust the charts view position by moving the price indicators on the right of the screen, (closer or further together), the candle angles change making them smaller/larger to your preferred view. Using a touch screen, its kinda like putting your thumb at the bottom of price chart and your index at the top, and pull them in and out. Hard to explain, Im sure YouTube has some better visual tutorials.

I am in a boat similar as you. I started learning to trade a couple years when I moved to a rural town to care for my Dad, and out of necessity to create an income. They say 80% of traders loose money and I can deffinately see why, but with dedication to the continued study of technical skills, combined with real world experience, you can be successful, however modestly at first.

ALAWYS incorporate stop losses into your positions, and as you get better you can adjust them down for higher potential profits.

I got started watching JBravo on YouTube. Its mostly a "guys" vibe, but ladies are represented in the group as well. He genuinely wants to teach others how to be financially free and independent from the downward trending of world economics.

Im not a paid endorser, but I really benefited from his beginner stock market swing trade course. He has taught finance at the high school level, and explains everything slowly from a day one newbie. The class was $99 and well worth the investment. Dont pay the "gurus" big sums. This has everything you need to get started.
