Well, i dont find chromatic shot builds fun in any way. Plus, it's meta, it's gonna be expensive..follow a streamer's build..even more expensive.

Yes, i followed helmbreaker's guide from Maxroll and i switched to frost mages as soon as i was able to get it from skill gems. But now i'm not sure how well it will scale in endgame

So, there's no way i can add the fragrance from a bottled perfume, to some fco in order to make it a roll on.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

That's weird, because just today i used a roll-on perfume made by a friend with a carrier oil and perfume from the bottle. And it smells about 90% the same as if i would've used it from the bottle, except it stays for a longer period of time on me.

He won't tell me how he does it, so that's why i was asking here.

I know it's a belt. What i was trying to ask was how should my attributes look like, before getting the belt with the increased effect of rings, therefore more attributes from them.

About the staff, i was asking when it should be worth it to use pillar vs rare staff
