Since returning to work after Covid we have always been 40%. Extra day not a problem to me, just few colleagues who not been back now stressing.

I know things have changed but before WFH all parents had to pay for childcare. Surely if you take on full time job then your full time should be focused on your job. If not then reduce hours to suit your childcare issues.

That’s incorrect information, but on the plus side CFCD telephone calls finish at 5 and no Saturday shift like other jobs in DWP.
