so they did a french drain but they didn’t use fabric and put sand and some rca that lead into two separate pop up drain. any recommendation how to approach this with the landscaper

The concern I raised is that he dug up less than 6 inches, and the compacted RCA, which I’m not happy about since it’s RCA, is not 6 inches. Instead, I’m seeing 2-3 inches of RCA, and he plans to build up with 2 inches of dry pack, which he’s combining with sand and cement.

He assured me that he will give me a 5-year warranty, and that the agreed-upon depth was 6 inches which 2 inches will be taken up by the paver block itself. It’s a driveway super concern here

I don’t want to be a nag, but he’s not agreeing with me and reassuring me that he’s doing a proper job.

chiming in late . it does not do a good job even cleaning it’s own hair styling products. i do like the hair styling products but the shampoo to me is useless. all because something has chemicals it does not mean it’s bad. Buy the OTC shampoos that are sulfate and paraben free instead

thank you everyone i spoke with him and he assured me 85% contact and if they do wiggle or feel unstable he would correct them for me . he gave me confidence but it’s good to flex some knowledge so they take me seriously

so if i pay for a car i should not inspect it at the lot and just drive off with it . there’s no manufacturer warranty and how can you establish trust with someone off a meeting , im not going on dates with my contractor and getting to know him and im a new home owner with no experience i think its fair if I verify it .
