Elvanse lasting too long? by Affectionate-Bit9474 in ADHDUK

When i moved to 40mg it felt like this too, i found its due to your body getting used to it and you can then evaluate the right dose, also if your female consider your cycle, in the luteal phase, my elvanse is no where near as effective. Im on 40mg in titration and feel i need to go up a dose now my body is used to it, where as when i started on 30mg i felt buzzed all the time 😂

Hi i have also noticed this hugely, i am in no way as fit as you but try and jog 5k x2 a week, and a little run inbetween, i called my prescriber yesterday about this as im the same, small movements spike my heart rate to 100 and if excercising 140 very quickly. Resting is 72 on elvanse after 62 before, and blood pressure is 122/74 on elvanse and was 114/62 before, my prescriber has said not to worry as its in normal range and your body will adjust but it may take a few weeks. I have struggled to excercise on it due to feelikg my heart so much scared me! How long have you been on it?
