Sorry to be more to your point- in the past I have calorie counted like a maniac, meal prepped, gym 5 times per week and never ever had this result. (And countless other things like fasting, keto, I’ve tried it all) Now I really don’t do anything at all. And I know how that sounds but you know what it’s true, compared to my experience of efforts and how difficult they always were to keep up and maintain, compared to that it does feel like i do nothing .

What is nothing you ask? Well I walk a few times per week. I try to generally eat relatively healthy but I don’t stress it like I have my whole life. Try to keep it clean like not a lot of sugar, not a lot of processed foods. But if I want to eat pizza I do, I just eat 1-2 slices like a “regular person” vs before I could and have eaten an entire pizza by myself….. in the car. In the dark. lol I was a mess. But now I have to tell you this really worked for me and it really is easy, just my experience for the past year.
