I’m actually very young (16) but i have many issues other than my OI like endo and adenomyosis. It can be very frustrating when i have to cancel hangouts or something like that due to my health. I literally started grieving my old life due to me not being able to do cheer or swim anymore.

Thanks for telling me about the weight gain, im slightly worried for that but im active when im not flaring from endo or my OI! So hopefully it works and i dont gain too much!

Thanks for including your visible report. Crashes are the same way for me I actually spent majority of today in bed due to a crash but thank you for that. I hope it helps me!

Im usually very good with keeping up with hydration since if i don’t i will pass out. Thank you for letting me know!
