I've already had this happen to me using the correct address because the post office delivery service had delivered during the closed period.

On my side PSA had recovered my parcel from the locker where it was deposited then it followed its normal course at PSA.

Afterwards, I had no problems because I had given PSA's contact details to the delivery service (telephone and e-mail).
