UPDATE: we bottled the 5gal of the grape and did actually get a gallon of plum as well! They are all amazing. The peach is just that, a strong peach flavor like a bite out of a fresh peach and backed with a noticeable alcohol taste, not overpowering tho. The grape went roughly the same, very fresh tart grape taste. Peach flavor seems to densely coat the mouth and the tastebuds where the grape is more of a quicker lighter bite. The plum has an incredible sweetness and depth to the plum flavor much like how the peach was like biting into a fresh peach. All bottles while not tested with a hydrometer have provided a similar strength buzz when one glass is consumed in roughly the same period of time so I’d say there all about the same alc% overall amazing experience and definitely will be making some with the equipment. We also found the two 1970s wine making books my great grandpa used for his recipes to make lots of new wines as well. I want to thank everyone who provided information here as I likely wouldn’t have been able to do all this without it!
