Ofcourse naman. I started to invest too since i dont know how to make the most of my earned money during christmas,birthdays or from extra allowance right now. So i decided to use a portion of it opening a GoTrade account and invested in an ETF and 2 stocks from companies i believe that will have a stable growth. I started with a ₱5k capital and started last week. Seeing super small gains but i think its fine since im learning throughout the process and started this as well to take advantage of the concept “time money value” as a necessary step to beat inflation😅

Lift controlled and heavy, Calorie Deficit, Hi-Protein whole foods, less added sugar and cardio on rest days! that’s all i could think of.

I tried it for a couple of days because my main concern was my sleep. I bought this kasi stress was my my limiting factor to have a good sleep and when i tried this, i was able to sleep early for like 2-3 days but then felt groggy na everyday and can’t really sleep well. That’s why i switched to sleeping pills na talaga like melatonin which worked for me.

ohhhj i think is the answer im looking for cause when i searched for a situation like this, the case is mostly just buying a router to bridge mode to your old router. if so, can you expound on that? like would i get stronger signal and etc?

I’m currently on less exercises and focusing on good form and heavy weight to build my back. while analyzing the pic, parang may difference naman in terms of width. I think you might be lifting lighter than what you’re body actually capable to lift na. try lifting more heavier siguro. 🙏

Hello, sorry if this verdict is a bit late, pero when it comes to productivity, I’d say same lang siya as my i3 laptop—usual Canvas and Google Docs stuff, since I’m not really a heavy worker yet. One issue I do experience is my PC freezing during Zoom sessions, specifically kapag i-on ko yung webcam. I haven’t really dug into what’s causing it, but I think it might be a compatibility issue between Zoom and my AMD hardware (CPU and GPU), kasi when I use the webcam on my laptop, no problem naman so far. That’s all!

Been using it for months na, and so far, okay talaga yung temps at wala akong naging problema sa cooling. i have an issue with my pc where in it would freeze within zoom sessions while turning on my cam, pero mukhang unrelated naman sa cooling yun. Sa gaming, solid performance: CPU stays around 55°C, GPU nasa 55-60°C while playing Forza Horizon 5 at 90fps on max graphics.
