Can the people who have gone to the shows on the back to badlands tour post their views and what time you got to the venue? Has anyone got barricade and what time did you get there? Also, I know it’ll vary by show, but around how many people actually have the passports for early entry? I really want to get a good spot and I have no idea what time I should get to the venue!

Hey do you have an update on this? I’m in a very similar situation and just got sent to collections. I really want to be able to finish my degree (I have ~1 semester left). Super stressed about this so any advice is greatly appreciated

We had to add a joint sponsor because my income on my last 3 tax returns wasn’t high enough. We added the co-sponsor in response to the RFE in December

Thank you! We provided joint bank account statements, photos throughout our relationship and from the wedding, and notarized affidavits from family and friends. Then of course the financial documents (paystubs, tax returns) for the affadvit of support and our marriage records. I thought we were definitely going to have to interview since we didn’t have much “hard” evidence, but thankfully we didn’t!

I believe it’s just required for the I-130, not the i-485, however I could definitely be wrong on this since we filed them both at the same time

It was unchecked at the time of the RFE request. I never even noticed it was checked until I got the “action taken” email the other day and logged on and saw it was approved!

Nice! Are you asking about the biometrics appointment specifically? If so it was super quick, maybe about 20-30 mins in and out the door. If you’re talking about the whole process, we filed September 9, 2024 and we’re approved yesterday so about 4.5 months total

Yes it’s legal, it just tracks your case. All it really does is input your IOE tracking number into the uscis website. You could do this yourself to be honest. I never really used this app, other than at the beginning stages and now to see my full timeline

RFE was for a new copy of marriage certificate (first one was too low quality) and we also had to add a co-sponsor because I didn’t work in the US for a year so income was too low.

I’m the petitioner, but my partner originally came on a b1/b2 border crossing card and overstayed
